Dementia Pathfinders offer an online carers support group that meets every Friday, from 10.30am until 11.30am. This is a safe space for carers and former carers to meet and talk with other carers about anything that feels difficult, to share experiences, ideas and practical tips and lift each other's spirits. Betty has been coming to the support group for a number of years. Her husband, David, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2018. Betty has gained great support from the group and in sharing her story with others.
