This training provides the underpinning knowledge required to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals with dementia based on interactions and communication.

Learning Outcomes:

•Understand that individuals with dementia may communicate in different ways.

•Understand the importance of positive interactions with individuals with dementia.

•Understand the factors which can adversely affect interactions and communication of individuals with dementia.

This course will be delieverd via two webinars, starting at 9.30am and finishing at 12.00pm.
