This training introduces the concepts of equality, diversity and inclusion that are fundamental to person-centred care practice.

Learning Outcomes:

· Understand and appreciate the importance of diversity of individuals with dementia.

· Understand and uphold the rights of individuals with dementia.

· Understand ways of working with a diverse range of individuals who have dementia to ensure needs are met.

This course will be delieverd via two webinars, starting at 9.30am and finishing at 12.00pm.
