The charts have a wipe-clean surface so they can be updated whenever necessary, and the printed symbols and prompts help carers and family provide appropriate information.

Hang the chart in an individual’s room so that the information a carer needs is instantly accessible, and, when the information is not required, protect the individual’s privacy by simply turning the chart to the wall and display the individual’s photos or other information instead.
